REFUND and CANCELATION POLICY: LITTLE LUCK
Cancellation:-
1. The company reserves the exclusive right to cancel/ stop any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its website or in any other mode. The cancellation charges payable to the User shall be at the applicable rates laid down in the cancellation and refund policy.
2. For Platinum listing packages, there shall be no cancellation or refund of orders booked/payments made via online payment options (except in the case of Cheque & Demand Draft). Cancellation requests for orders placed via cheque/demand draft can be made only before such payment is realized by the Company.

Subscription and Payment Terms:
Subscription: All services offered under Little Luck Real Estate's property management software are available on a subscription basis. Payment is required upfront for the chosen subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and authorized payment gateways.
Free Trial and Evaluation Period:-
Free Trial: We offer a [7/14-day] free trial period (if applicable) to allow new users to evaluate the software and assess if it meets their requirements. During this period, you may use all features included in the plan chosen without any charges.
Evaluation Period: Once the free trial ends, you may choose to subscribe. Please take advantage of this trial period as we do not issue refunds once the subscription payment has been processed.
Refund Policy:
No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Due to the nature of digital subscriptions, monthly payments are non-refundable. We recommend using the trial period to evaluate the software.
Annual Subscription Refunds: For annual subscriptions, refunds may be issued only under specific circumstances.
If a cancellation request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
If the user has encountered verifiable, unresolvable technical issues that have significantly impaired their ability to use the software.
Pro-Rated Refunds: Refunds are not provided on a pro-rated basis for unused portions of the subscription, except as required by law.
Cancellation Policy:-
How to Cancel: Users can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the "Subscription" section. Alternatively, users may contact our support team via email or phone.
Cancellation Confirmation: Upon cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
Effect of Cancellation: After cancellation, users will have access to the software until the end of their current subscription period. No further payments will be charged, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
Exceptions:-
In rare cases, we may consider refunds outside of the policies stated above if there is clear evidence of:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
- Billing errors directly caused by Little Luck Realestate OPC Pvt Ltd.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our billing team.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team may lead to account suspension. We encourage users to reach out directly for any billing-related concerns.
